Shipping Policies

By purchasing our product you agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. All purchases made prior to 4pm EST (Mon-Fri non holidays) will be shipped the same day.
  2. All other purchases after 4pm Friday EST will be shipped Saturday, if the day in question is a non-holiday.
  3. Purchases after 12pm EST on Saturday will be shipped on the next non-holiday business day.
  4. All packages will be shipped using one of the 2 mailing options provided by us and selected by the customer at checkout. These options include: UPS Ground (1-3 days - Free) and UPS Air (overnight, 2 day max - $20 extra). UPS tracking is included at no additional charge with all options.
  5. Green Gone LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Nor do we provide UPS customer support. We can provide tracking numbers and confirm shipment. Issues beyond that require involvement from UPS.
  6. Delays in the shipping process such as holidays, acts of God, and other shipping delays are not the responsibility of Green Gone LLC.
  7. In the event an item is not deliverable per UPS and comes back to us, we can refund the purchase minus any shipping fees incurred, or reship after the address issue is corrected assuming the product is unopened and non damaged. We will not reship a second time free of charge without proper address correct from the customer.
